Our family came from Mexico in 1998 and quickly integrated itself into the busy South Florida cityscape - finding employment at the iconic Calder Race Course & Casino in Miami Gardens, Florida. From cleaning the concession stands at night to gradually managing the stands' inventories and working as bartenders, our family worked its way up the chain and integrated itself more heavily into the operation. From a young age, our parents showed us the value of responsibility, work ethic, and introduced my sisters and me to the skills necessary to thrive in the world of hospitality.

Since venturing off on our own, we collectively have more than 15 years of quality experience providing excellent customer service while also providing jobs for other young adults - guiding them with love just how our parents taught us and ensuring those within our company operate from the same set of family-based  principles. Through Kagisa, my family and I are excited to be at your service for your hospitality needs. Kagisa, our multi-service hospitality collectives, provides insured for our professional servers, bartenders, and  cleaning crew for your special event.
